Pope John Paul II
Since Pope John Paul II‘s Apostolic Letter Mulieris Dignitatem (On the Dignity of Women) is soon going to have its 20th anniversary, and since there will be discussion from the Vatican about the Letter, I decided to track it down. It’s available as a web page on the Vatican web site, and I have converted it to ebook form so you can read if on a smartphone, pocket pc or pda. It’s in MS-Reader, MobiPocket, CompiledHTML and eReader formats.

April Calendar available for download

Jornada 520
Each month I convert the appropriate profiles for the coming month to e-books for use on PDAs, Pocket PCs, smart phones, etc., with a segment for each day, and all the saints for that day profiled alphabetically. The idea is that you can read the entries for a given day, like clicking the Today links, but in a form you can carry with you if you don’t have Internet access. The layout is similar to the web site, but not as heavily cross-linked. The files are available here

  • Microsoft Reader version (1,532 kb)
  • MobiPocket version – zipped (915 kb)
  • Compiled HTML version (1,350 kb)
